Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions upon any work order approvals.

• Deposit Required to Commence Approved Work Orders: 75% of Grand Total. Balance to be paid upon completion of installation or delivery. All deposits are non refundable.
• No refund or exchange on custom made orders unless approved by management. 
• ANY SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF INSTALLATION OR DELIVERY.
• Installation and Delivery hours are weekdays between 9AM - 4PM.
• Additional 3.5% charge will be added to the total if payment is made using a credit or debit card.
• Roller shade screens with the following transparencies: 1%, 3 %, 5 % or 10% are not privacy screens. The interior home will be visible when lights are on, especially at night. 
• Blackout roller shade fabric may show signs of wrinkles when first installed. This is standard and will straighten out over time with the heat of the sun.
• Blackout roller shades are not guaranteed to block out all light from entering the room. In order to help accomplish this, we always suggest side channels and a second treatment such as blackout curtains. 
• Please review individual motor warranties. Warranty will be voided if remaining balance is not paid in full.
• Roller shade brackets may be visible from outside the window.
• Battery powered motors need to be charged every 6-12 months ( depending on use). Upon complete battery loss, the motors should be fully charged ( Usually about 8 hours) and NOT to be used while charging as this can burn out the motor and void any warranty. 
• When operating motorized shades, it is important to be sure there are no obstructions in the way of the shades when opening and closing.  Having obstructions could lead to the derailment of the shades causing damage to the fabric and or motor. Be sure that if a shade is located on a sliding door or window, the shade must be all the way up prior to opening the window or door. Heavy winds can cause roller shade derailment. 
• Both manual and motorized roller shades will have a gap on both the left and right sides. Gaps will be more noticeable when there are baseboards that can obstruct the roller shade when opening and closing. The gaps can range between 1/2" to 7/8". 
• Zebra shades will have a 1/8" to 1/2" gap for leveling purposes.
• Drapery window treatments can vary in length due to usual floor to ceiling height discrepancies. In order to avoid this as much as possible, we suggest having a bit of a drag on the curtains length.
• Drapery window treatments will never fully block all light from entering a room. Light can enter from above the track if no valance or recess is available. Light can also enter from the bottom. In order to provide as little light as possible from entering, we suggest two treatments such as blackout roller shades with side channels and blackout curtains. 
• Any written proposal may be withdrawn by Artistic Interior Design if it is not accepted by client within 30 days. 
• All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. 
• Any alteration or deviation from specifications in the proposal, involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written order and will become an extra charge over and above the proposal.
